I have been on Weight Watchers many times. It is a very effective diet as long as you are going to make it a lifestyle choice.
Like most diets, as soon as you go off the diet you will gain the weight back.
The point system is very easy to use and it gives you the freedom to eat what you like. There really are no foods that you cannot eat.
You just have to stay within your points. There are points given to foods you would cook at home as well as foods you would eat out.
The support you get while on this is phenomenal. The entire group is rooting for you to be successful.
This is also a place where you can feel comfortable because everyone there is in the same position you are. This is also one of the more convenient diets with a support group.
If you are not able to go to a weight watchers meeting in person, there is a counselor available to meet with online. All in all I feel this is one of the most effective weight loss systems.
I have been a diet junkie for many many many years, and weight watchers is the only diet that I felt like I could be successful at. But as I said to be successful you must make it a lifestyle change and not a temporary thing.
Weight Watchers is not a plan that you will drop 20 pounds in a week; it is a plan that will help you lose weight at a healthy sensible rate.
