I first tried WEIGHT WATCHERS AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY YOUNGEST CHILD. I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE AT THAT STAGE (8KG).
I BOUGHT THE POINTS COUNTER BOOK, ATTENDED MEETINGS WEEKLY, FOLLOWED THE PLAN AND BOUGHT THE WEIGHT WATCHERS BARS. I COOKED DINNER AND DID NOT BUY THE FROZEN WEIGHT WATCHERS MEALS.
I DIDN'T GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT THAT TIME ROUND I THINK MAINLY BECAUSE IT WAS A HASSLE COUNTING EVERYTHING YOU ATE, TOO MUCH DETAILS. BUT I DID FEEL HEALTHIER.
LAST MONTH I FOLLOWED THE DIET AGAIN WHILe GOING THROUGH A SEPARATION TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL BETTER. THIS TIME I TOOK IT A LOT MORE SERIOUSLY AND FOUND IT EASIER TO FOLLOW BECAUSE I COULD BUY THE WEIGHT WATCHERS MEALS FOR MYSELF THEN COOK SOMETHING FOR THE CHILDREN.
I LOST ABOUT 5 KILOS IN A MONTH AND HAVE KEPT IT OFF. I HAVE ABOUT ANOTHER 8 KILOS YET TO GO.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THE WEIGHT WATCHERS DIET FOR SINGLE PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE A PARTNER TO COOK FOR AS IF YOU HAVE TO COOK FOR YOUR HUSBAND OR PARTNER THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE SATISFIED WITH FROZEN FOOD! AND YOU WILL END UP EATING THEIR NON-DIET FOOD YOURSELF!
AS I ONLY HAD TO COOK FOR MY TWO KIDS I FOUND EVENING A LOT LESS STRESSFUL. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE MORE QUALITY TIME WITH THEM AND THERE WAS LESS DISHES!!!
I HAVE TO SAY THOUGH I WAS SOMETIMES VERY HUNGRY. MEANWHILE I HAVE GOTTEN BACK WITH MY HUSBAND SO I HAVE GONE OFF THE DIET FOR A WHILE BUT WILL START UP AGAIN SOON!
