I have done Weight Watchers twice. The longest time was a month.
What I like about this program is you can find the food in any supermarket.
I have tried the point system which I find to be very easy to use. With points you can eat whatever you want. All you have to do is learn what the points are in the food you eat.
Weight Watches also has a restaurant guide that shows you what to eat while you're in a restaurant. If you have your point sheet you can enjoy portions of the food you like without feeling like you are missing out on your diet.
I have usually done Weight Watchers with fiends and it's fun to have someone doing this diet with you.
Its pretty easy to follow this diet and with the internet and classes you get a lot of support.
They have really made Weight Watchers convenient now because if you can't make a meeting you can just go online. There is a lot of success to be had if you stick to the program.
