Billy Banks is a seven-time world martial arts champion. He has his own training center in Los Angeles.
He has put together several workouts. I have tried almost all of them, and for some reason the first one that he made kicks butt!
The first time i did it, i was so sore i could barely move the next morning, but i pushed my self to do it again the next day. Each day it got a little easier to do.
I have never sweated so much in my life. When you get on the floor to do the leg and ab exercises i'll bet you would be in a pool of sweat like i am, whether you are fit or not!
I swear by Tae Bo! It is the best workout ever! I lost 40 pounds the first two months of doing it.
I still do it today, and depending on how much strength and effort i put into the workout, i still feel it for days. If you have done Tae Bo you know exactly what i am talking about, and I am sure that you would totally agree with me!
If you have never tried it, and you are wondering what exercise program to try, you should definitely try this! Tae Bo works every part of your body, and you will punch, and kick box every bit of fat off of your body, and tone it into great shape, as long as you stick to it.
If you try it out, and give it just a week, I will bet you will see results just like I did.
Billy Banks is very motivational. I think he really inspires you to find your inner strength to achieve the best workout possible. When i first started doing it, instantly I had so much energy for the rest of the day.
I had borrowed the video from a neighbor, and two weeks later she made me give it back. She told me she was jealous that Tae Bo was kicking my butt.
I had to go out and buy my own! I could not live without it.
