I experienced good change in my life after my one month regular walking exercise. I don’t know whether people will agree to this but believe me it is true.
I gave birth to my sweet little boy and after that my life changed drastically. I started putting on weight and always had to take care of my child which made me both physically and mentally sick.
I left my job as nobody was there to take care of him and this turned me in to a bored, moody person as the outside world suddenly locked in front of my eyes.
Though taking care of my child is a great experience and I enjoyed watching him learn and grow everyday, but still I started feeling useless…
I decided to change my life style and my brother forced me to go for a walk. I laughed at him and said, “is walking going to change my mental and physical style when hard work outs in gym cannot do it for you and your wife”?
He asked me to go daily for a 1 hour walk in the morning and evening. He said to do this strictly for one month and then come and comment to him. So I decided to start walking.
I walked for one hour continuously without rest and it was fast walking.
My body pained a lot for one week and then slowly I got used to it. I walked in a nearby park and seeing children playing and enjoying free breeze gave me mental peace and happiness.
The walking boosted me and now I do regular walking and lost nearly 6 kgs (walking for 3 months)
Believe me you need not strain so hard to reduce your weight. Just do simple fast walking for an hour daily and reduce all the extra kilos and enjoy life.
All my old clothes now fit me and I feel so sexy and romantic to see myself good looking. Try this buddy!
