me and my dad go running once every two days at the horse racing track in my home town.
you give your legs a day to heal, but i don't. i walk around my small town for hours everyday.
my dad was sort of fat when we began this workout. now he has abs, he is not as big and he can keep up to me in running.
i have always been skinny and fit so what makes this work out work is that you are giving your legs a day to rest. it makes you less likely to pull a muscle or something.
a guy who is 42 can almost catch up to his 14 year son in running 4 kilometers. anyone can say it works.
start slow. you don't want to run too much. and slowly work your way up over time as you will not want to do more then you can.
