There are so many great work outs (unlike dieting) that work very well. Usually I just jog about 30 minutes a day and that keeps me in shape, but I have some other great workouts.
Yoga is my ultimate favorite workout. The Yoga Burn by Rodney Yee and Energizing Yoga by Giam are great DVDs you can buy and use in the comfort of your home.
Meditating and working out at the same time have made me feel more healthy than I have ever felt.
I also LOVE Core Rhythm Work out. My Abs have never been better.
Core Rhythms is fun, it's not easy, but you forget all about working out while you're dancing and just 30 minutes a day will get you improvements. I was thrilled when I got the DVD last year.
It is mostly Latin dancing but they work your abs to the extreme. You can feel them burn while you work out, while learning a few moves too.
It's sensual and fun and it's easy to learn with the upbeat trainers. It was a little expensive, especially when you purchase it online, but it comes with a kit that includes a measuring tape, a diet program and three different disks.
One of them is a butt work out, one is lower body and the other are just fun dances to do. The trainers go through it slowly so you can pick it up but once you know it, it will seem as if you don’t even need them!
You can take all your moves to club if you wish. That is why I love Core Rhythms. Don’t forget to try yoga too!
