Difficult to start
The beginning was a little difficult because I was unable to eat any carbohydrates at all. I ate celery and peanut butter for breakfast for a long time.
After the first week I started noticing weight loss.
Becomes easier over time
As the diet became less restrictive, eating was less stressful and I noticed a significant reduction in my weight. This got the ball rolling for more weight loss in the future.
I no longer follow the program, but achieved approximately 70 lbs of weight loss.
