First I would like to say this is my first review ever writing, I just enjoyed this diet so much I wanted other people to try it. I was recommenced the GM diet by a friend who lost a lot of weight on it and loved it So I tried the GM diet this past week. I am always trying new diets and eating habits, and I finally found one I was able to stick with the full time and lose weight on. It is a 7 day long diet, where you are limited to only eat certain foods. I loved it, and lost 9 lbs in 7 days. You can google the GM diet to read more about the diet itself, but I would definitely recommend it.
