Golden Corral

The Golden Corral located in Cumming Georgia is the worst of the worst of ALL places to eat if you are trying to watch your weight.

First of all, it is an all you can eat buffet. It costs around fourteen dollars. The mentality I had was, "I better fill up to the brim to get my money's worth!" Which is a terrible attitude.

There are not many low-fat or low-carb items to choose from and even if there were, all the sugary, fatty stuff just seems to call your name.

There are loads of deserts, cookies, cakes, ice creams. And who know how everything is prepared?

Fried chicken, spaghetti, pasta, you name it, it is there in glorious abundance. Too tempting for me!
