I got the book G.I. Diet for a present (guess why), so it became my evening reading. And the funny thing was, that there were no big restrictions, but very logical facts about what to eat to lose weight but not get hungry.
They have scales about the G.I. index and a lot of dietary info.
I was skeptical at the beginning, but now I know the book says nothing but the truth. If you buy or borrow any of the books about G.I. diet, you will not be mistaken.
I was not really overweight, but after giving birth to my child there were a few extra kilos that just did not want to "disappear."
I had tried some other diets, but they weren't working. So this was my last try.
I started the diet and I was not hungry. I started losing some weight. First week 2, second one more .... and so it 3 months I have lost 12 kilos without being hungry one single day!
And I started feeling full of energy. Amazing! So I have decided to continue and I recommended it to my mum as well.
She had always problems with high blood sugar, but this diet has helped her with this as well and she was surprised how easy it was.
So now we are 2 in diet - me and my mum. This is my 3rd month and I will continue and my mum has lost 3 kilos in her 1st week. So - if it is your last try ... give it a try.:)
