I tried the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet and I would not recommend to anyone.
Reading over the information it looked very promising and very easy.
You eat four meals a day and the program lets you choose the foods that you want to eat so you don't have to eat any special foods. And they say exercise is not necessary.
I did the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program for six weeks and only lost about 4 pounds in that time frame.
I tried not to eat out and just stick with the program. Maybe if I exercised I would do it again but for the most part I have lost weight just watching what I eat and dieting.
