Working out has never been hard for me until after the birth of my first child. But I knew that now weight loss would be a terrible challenge.
I recently met with an amazing trainer who set me up with a great combo of cardio and weight training. It takes me about a good hour and a half.
I burn a great amount of calories and also build a great amount of muscle.
We start of with ten minutes of cardio (walking) then go into bench dips (arm), followed by a few squats, lunges, and crunches.
Then we do a few minutes of jump rope and finish of with the elliptical machine.
Doing this has helped keep my body toned burning fat and building muscle... I love it!!
