I HAVE TRIED SO MANY DIETS I DO NOT THINK I COULD NAME THEM ALL. THE ONE THAT WORKED THE BEST FOR ME WAS THE EAT CLEAN DIET.
THIS DIET IS REALLY NOT A DIET AT ALL. IT IS MORE LIKE CHANGING THE WAY YOU LIVE.
IT FOCUSES ON EATING FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES ALONG WITH LEAN MEATS AND COMPLEX CARBS.
IT WAS A LITTLE CHALLENGING TO GET USED TO GOING FROM EATING FAST FOOD EVERY DAY TO EATING EVERYTHING STORE BOUGHT. BASICALLY NOTHING CAN BE PREPARED OUT OF A BOX.
I HAVE BEEN ON THIS NEW LIFE STYLE PLAN FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND HAVE LOST 52 POUNDS AND COUNTING.
I AM NEVER REALLY HUNGRY BECAUSE YOU CAN EAT UNLIMITED NUMBER OF VEGGIES THAT ARE PRETTY FILLING BELIEVE IT OR NOT.
ANOTHER GREAT SNACK YOU CAN HAVE ON THIS PLAN IS ALMONDS. THEY ARE GREAT TO KEEP AT YOUR DESK OR EVEN IN YOUR CAR WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO YOUR NEXT MEAL.
WATER ON THIS PLAN IS ALSO A MUST. YOU NEED TO BE DRINKING AT LEAST EIGHT 8-OUNCE GLASSES OF WATER. THIS WILL ALSO HELP TO KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF AND KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD.
ON THIS PLAN YOU CAN EAT WHENEVER YOU WANT. THERE ARE NO SET MEAL TIMES.
EATING OUT WAS KIND OF A CHALLENGE FOR ME. IT IS SO HARD TO FIND SOMETHING PREPARED WITH GOOD HEALTHY OILS LIKE SUNFLOWER OIL. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS DROWNED IN BUTTER.
SO NEEDLESS TO SAY SOME DAYS I CHEAT WHEN EATING OUT BUT VERY RARELY DOES HIS HAPPEN.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLAN TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING AND THE ENERGY I HAVE GAINED WITHOUT REALLY EXERCISING IS JUST AMAZING!
