Do you want to lose weight?

I am a 24 years old female with weight problems. However so far I have lost 40 pounds in about a year on and off.
I could have lost more but I always fall of the horse. I used to weigh 215 pounds and now I am 175.
I don't believe in taking diet pills or having any kind of surgery to lose weight unless you are really overweight and you will die if you don't have surgery. That is the only thing that would get me to cut my body and my insides.
I lose weight naturally by eating right and exercising. I eat out rarely and I don't have a specific diet however I cook almost every meal at home from scratch and I don't use any of those frozen foods.
I try to eat as much fruits and vegetables as I can and drink lots of water.
When it comes to exercising I go to the gym Monday-Friday. If you go to the gym try to have a routine in which if you go 3 times a week just continue doing that and don't miss even a day. I am saying this because once you miss your gym for one or two days it is very hard to get back. I know because it happened to me a few times before.
I am sharing this with you because I want people to lose weight, be healthy and feel good about themselves. Until I weigh between 120 and 130 pounds I won't be happy and most importantly I won't be healthy. Thank you for reading!!!
