This workout is called the Crossfit body weight challenge. All that it requires is a pull up bar, and a chair/handle bars to do tricep dips on, also some hard work!
Here is the workout . . . No shame if you cannot finish the whole thing, this is an advanced resistance workout. Just do your best! Good Luck!
For time (as fast as you can), perform
100 pull ups
100 body weight squats
100 back extensions
100 dips
100 push ups
Take rest as needed, but the object is to complete this workout as fast as you can while ALWAYS maintaining proper form! Each of the 100 reps can be broken up into as many sets as it takes you to do 100.
Also, you do not have to do them in the exact order I posted them.
This is a brutal workout and you will be sore the next day. I am currently 21 years old and in peak physical condition, but I have performed this workout several times and it gives me a good challenge each time I try it.
My best time is 44 minutes. Right around an hour is a good time to shoot for if you are in quality shape and are used to resistance type exercises.
Always remember to warm up and stretch prior to performing any workout, maintain proper form during the workout, and finish all workouts with a cool down and stretch.
