Of course any time you workout is helpful. Any exercise is light years ahead of no exercise at all. And when you do the right exercise you are unstoppable.
But, if you were going to try to pick the best time of the day for the best results it would probably be first thing in the morning before breakfast.
Here's what the best trainers say: Work out before breakfast and you'll burn more fat. You haven't eaten for a long time and you need energy.
So where does the energy come from? That's right -- your stored fat. You need to use the fat for energy. And that means weight loss and lots of it!
And if you're also eating right, that's an unbeatable combination.
And working out in the morning does get you pumped up for the day and feeling good.
But probably the most important reason is that you won't miss your workout if you get up in the morning and do it.
Later in the day things come up. You feel tired. You get too busy. There's "no time."
And really, without planning you're almost doomed to failure. But with proper planning you can do almost anything.
In the morning there is time. You just set your alarm clock earlier, and you have time.
So get up, get out of bed, and get your workout in.
