I felt ashamed when my weight hit 93 kg. So I wanted to lose weight at any cost.
I read magazines. I watched TV with advice on how to get slim. I took advice from a coach, my friend who suggested exercises for losing weight.
Finally I followed all the possible ways to lose weight.
I started running, I started to swimming and I also took control of my food.
I just take fruits in lunch and healthy dinner without oil.
It’s difficult to control my food. Sometime I feel like I am a helpless poor dog that can’t do what I want to do.
My workouts were a challenge for me, bit I did them regularly and they became a routine part of my life.
I also joined gym classes. I did yoga. I run in the morning. At first I was out of breath when I ran but now I'm better.
Now I'm 29. I was 25 years old when I started my training.
I feel my exercise has made me more attractive. Exercise helps my body physically and helps me feel refreshed and removes tension mentally.
You must have patience while you are training... strong determination can change everything.
