You may be able to eat anything you want when you are in your teens and perhaps early twenties. But then in the 30s and 40s the weight mysteriously creeps up.
If you are not paying attention you can gain 20 or 30 pounds or more very easily. So weighing yourself every day or so is a good idea for you.
So keep ahead of the game. Keep an eye on your diet. Make sure you eat food that is high in nutrition and not dense in calories.
Keep up your activity. Get some aerobic exercise on a regular basis. You'll be glad you did when you are an active senior and you see others confined to their chair or bed.
